Customer Engagement agency Edit, part of Kin + Carta, has today announced it has secured the Shell Global Fleet Solutions CRM account following a competitive four-way pitch.

The three-year contract will see Edit work with the Global team based in London, and a further 24 international markets. The broad scope of work includes; customer experience design and delivery, campaign development and management, technical and marketing automation consultancy, and strategic planning support to help shape marketing output.

The account will be led by Client Services Director Cathy Grant, with day-to-day operations led by Senior Account Director Catherine Nalborczyk, and technical consultancy led by Head of Marketing Architecture Alex Holt. It will be primarily served from Edit’s Bath office.

Rob McGowan, Edit’s Chief Strategy Officer, says: “This is a significant win for Edit and allows us to deploy our full capability: leveraging CRM expertise underpinned by Technology and Data Science. The team at Shell have been fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to the relationship.”

Damian Coverdale, Edit CEO, adds: “Going up against some big names in the industry and winning is a huge achievement, and justification of the strategic changes and investments Edit has made over the last 18 months. We expect this to be the start of a long and fruitful relationship for both businesses.”

Edit works with a variety of clients across the customer lifecycle, including a premium automotive brand, Vue Cinemas, The Azzurri Group (Zizzi, Ask), Tesco Bank, and SpaSeekers.com.
