Pizza Hut wanted to start identifying their customers so they could deliver a personalised experience to increase engagement.
We created an app and implemented a loyalty scheme, connecting customer’s orders and food preferences. Not only did this boost re-visitation, the geo-located app decreased transactional barriers, increasing table bookings.
