Forrester Research names Kin + Carta a leader in Forrester Wave™

As part of Kin + Carta, Edit is proud to announce that Forrester Research has named the group a Leader in the prestigious evaluation, The Forrester Wave™: Midsize Digital Experience Agencies, Q4 2018.

Kin + Carta is a next-generation digital transformation business that fuses three specialisms — strategy, innovation, and communications — under its new organizational model called The Connective. The Connective consists of strategic consultancies Pragma, Hive, and Incite; digital innovation firms TAB and Solstice; and communications agencies Edit and AmazeRealise.

Kin + Carta’s classification as a Leader places The Connective in the highest of four categories within the Forrester Wave™ listing.

Forrester cited Kin + Carta for leading with a “blend of strategists and builders for new products. Kin + Carta, which is the newly rebranded St Ives, run by the former CEO of Solstice, has 1,479 employees focused on digital experience services in 16 offices serving clients predominantly in Europe and North America. Compared with other vendors we evaluated, Kin + Carta has higher adoption and quality of design, artificial intelligence, and technology services.”

J Schwan, CEO of Kin + Carta, said: “Forrester is a gold standard in the industry. To be recognized as a Leading digital experience firm is a real honor. We believe this is a testament to the boldness of our clients, the effectiveness of our working culture and the great teamwork happening across our Connective.”

After a deep evaluation of The Connective’s capabilities, Forrester found that Kin + Carta clients value our group’s ability to blend strategy and execution in a “roll up your sleeves” culture. The report also states, “Kin and Carta scores well in strategy factors, including client co-innovation and employee experience… [The Connective] is a good fit for companies building products and customer applications.”

Kin + Carta scored the top points possible in experience design services, artificial intelligence services, authenticated experience services, emerging touchpoint services, digital experience technology services, program management services, client co-innovation strategy, active digital experience clients, and employee experience criteria.
